Single-point Responsibility

As a systems integrator, Capelrig offers single-point responsibility for the design and installation of fire and gas monitoring systems, from small numbers of fire or gas detectors to large multi-point installations.

For smaller installations, we utilise a hardwired approach, whereas for larger installations we employ PLCs, usually in dual redundant configuration.

Addressable Systems

Our systems are generally addressable, employing analogue detectors. This has the benefits of greater information retrieval whilst reducing wiring and installation costs.

Autronica

Through its relationship with Autronica, a world leading F&G equipment vendor, Capelrig supplies and installs the “AutroSafe IFG” system. This is the world’s first interactive-addressable system for integrated fire and gas detection. The system is approved according to IEC 61508 Safety Integrity Level 2 (SIL2).
