Chemical injection panels
Panels for ATEX category 3 (Zone 2) are certified for use by our team of ATEX competent engineers.
Panels for ATEX categories 1 & 2 (Zones 0 & 1) are guided through to final notified body certification by our team of ATEX competent engineers.
Motor Control Centres
Capelrig assembles a range of MCCs designed in compliance with BS EN 60439-1:1999. Standard busbar and dropper systems include short circuit ratings from 26kA to 80kA, with full A.S.T.A certification. A number of options are available including:
Form 4 designation- Withdrawable or fixed modules
- Front or rear access
- Back to back arrangements
- Top or bottom cable entry
In addition, we provide extension tiers for legacy switchboards and MCCs and where required, we provide survey services to determine tie-in requirements to existing busbars, etc.
